CRISIL assigns credit ratings to bank facilities of Euro India Fresh Foods; Stock gains 3%

CRISIL Ratings Limited has assigned a rating to the bank facilities Rs45 crore of Euro India Fresh Foods Limited by two levels. The long-term rating has been assigned at CRISIL BB / Stable and the short-term rating at CRISIL A4+.

The instruments included Bank Guarantee (The Surat PeopleS Co-Operative Bank Limited) Rs0.3 crore at CRISIL A4+. Cash Credit (The Surat PeopleS Co-Operative Bank Limited) rs24.75 crore at CRISIL BB/ Stable. Proposed long-term bank facility (The Surat PeopleS Co-Operative Bank Limited) Rs10.19 crore CRISIL BB/Stable. Term Loan (The Surat PeopleS Co-Operative Bank Limited) Rs9.76 crore BB/Stable.

At around 2.04 pm, Euro India Fresh Foods Limited was trading at Rs103.95 per share up Rs3.25 or 3.23% on the NSE.
