CRISIL reaffirms rating on bank loan facilities of Avenue Supermarts; stock up 1%

Credit Rating Agency, CRISIL Limited, has assigned rating for bank loan facilities of Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMart). The rating on bank loan facilities of Rs500 crore (earlier limit Rs585 crore) has been reaffirmed at CRISIL AA+/Stable.

The company also informed that CRISIL Limited has withdrawn its rating assigned for Commercial paper of Rs200 crore since there was no amount outstanding against this commercial paper.

At around 10.58 am, Avenue Supermarts Ltd was trading at Rs4,096.15 per piece up by Rs46.9 or 1.16% from its previous closing of Rs4,049.25 per piece on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs4,118 and has touched a high and low of Rs4,151.50 and Rs4,082.05 respectively
