Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has on 04 July 2022 have inter alia, approved the pricing, tenure and other terms and conditions for issuance of 3250 listed, secured, rated, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) of Rs.10,00,000/- each aggregating up to an amount of Rs. 325 crore on Private Placement basis.
