Dhanlaxmi Bank to consider fund raising through NCDs; Stock gains 2%

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited is scheduled on Monday, December 05, 2022 would consider / approve raising of funds by the Bank by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).

As per the filing, the NCDs will be issue in the form of Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds aggregating to Rs300 crore in one or more tranches over a period of time, subject to approval of Regulators / Shareholders, as may be required, the company said.

At around 11:01 AM, Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd is currently trading at Rs16.66 up by Rs0.38 or 2.33% from its previous closing of Rs16.28 on the BSE.
