Dhruv Consultancy Services receives LOA for PMC Services worth ~9.69cr in Andhra Pradesh

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for up-gradation to 2/4 lane with paved shoulders configuration of newly declared NH167A from Nakrekal to Vodervu Section for a length of 81.690Kms (approx) in the State of Andhra Pradesh from the office of Chief Engineer (R&B) National Highways & CRF, National Highways Wings, Roads & Building Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada in association with Global Infra Solutions & in association with Kaius Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Project Management Consultancy Services Fees for the said project will be Rs9,68,76,405/= excluding taxes. The Contract period will be 102 (One Hundred & Two) months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee/Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Dhruv Concultancy Services Limited was trading at Rs60.85 per piece down Rs0.55 or 0.90% on the BSE, during early trade on Thursday.
