Dilip Buildcon completes four laning of Wardha-Butibori Section of NH-361 in Maharashtra

Dilip Buildcon Limited has completed the project- Four Laning of Wardha-Butibori Section of NH-361 from km 455.500 to km 524.690 (design length 59.190 km) under NH (O) in the State of Maharashtra on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority on January 04, 2022, and has declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as of January 04, 2022.

Further, as per the Company’s Code of conduct of prevention of insider trading and SEBI Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries is already closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.

At around 10.47 am, Dilip Buildcon Ltd was trading at Rs425.30 per piece down by Rs2.65 or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs427.95 per piece on the BSE.
