Dilip Kumar named Director, Capital Markets, of Panattoni

Dilip Kumar has been hired by Panattoni, one of the biggest industrial real estate developers in the world, to lead its Indian capital markets operations.

The business, which has its Indian headquarters in Bengaluru, just made its debut in Asia by opening its first offices there.

Dilip’s hiring coincides with Panattoni’s intention to accelerate the brand’s market entry. At Panattoni India, he would be in charge of managing investor relations and raising stock in the capital markets.

In addition to capitalizing on real estate projects, managing worldwide investor contacts and transactions, originating agreements, setting up real estate platforms, and finding new joint venture partners, Dilip has over 16 years of experience in the value creation chain.

He worked for Prestige Group as Senior AGM, Investor Relations before joining Panattoni India. He has also held positions at Deutsche Bank and the External Credit Rating Agency in London.

Dilip has completed a number of real estate transactions over his career and obtained institutional money totaling millions of dollars.

By the end of the current fiscal year, Panattoni, one of the biggest industrial real estate developers in the world, expects to invest more than $200 million in the Indian market.

The business intends to collaborate with international institutional investors to make it easier for capital to be deployed directly in the rapidly increasing Indian industrial and warehouse market.
