Dixon Technologies, Imagine Marketing form JV ‘Califonix Tech'

Dixon Technologies Limited informed that the company along with Imagine Marketing Limited had jointly formed Califonix Tech and Manufacturing Private Limited, as the Joint Venture Company.

The two companies have paid the subscription money on August 26, 2022.

The said JV has been incorporated to undertake the manufacturing of Bluetooth-enabled audio devices.

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited and Imagine Marketing Limited have subscribed for equity shares in exchange for cash.

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited and Imagine Marketing Limited have each subscribed for equity shares in equal proportions with a face value of Rs10 apiece for consideration of Rs10 lakh.

At around 9.44 AM, Dixon Technologies was trading at Rs4,013.65 per piece, down by 1.4% from its previous closing of Rs4,070.60 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs3,927 and touched intraday high and low of Rs4,019.90 and Rs3,905 respectively.
