DMR Hydroengineering -; Infra forms wholly-owned subsidiary in Delaware, USA

DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures Limited has informed that a Company under the name “DMR Consulting Inc.” has been incorporated on August 05, 2022 in Delaware, United States of America. The company holds 100% shareholding in DMR Consulting. Accordingly, DMR Consulting has become a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company upon its incorporation, the company said.

According to the regulatory filing, DMR Consulting is engaged in the business of providing engineering and infrastructure consultancy services and the objective of the Company is to expand its business by providing engineering and infrastructure consultancy services in United States of America (“USA”).

The business of DMR Consulting is in line with the main line of business of the Company.

DMR Consulting has been registered with the Delaware Secretary of State, Delaware, USA and the Company has subscribed 1,500 Shares of USD 2 each at a total consideration of USD 3000.

At around 10:23 AM, DMR Hydroengineering was trading at Rs24.50 per share lower by 3.92% on the BSE.
