Earlier, it has informed that the company is going to held its annual general meeting on September 29, 2022.
However, on the afternoon of September 28, 2022 at 2.15 pm an unfortunate fire accident occurred at the premise of the Company. “Preliminarily it is understood that there was fire due to bursting of gas cylinder, but the exact cause is being investigated”, the company said.
In addition to this, it further added, “therefore, in view of the above, it is hereby informed that the AGM scheduled to be held on September 29 stands postponed and fresh date shall be intimated later after the unfortunate situation that has arisen, settles down.”
On Thursday, at around 11:59 AM, Cospower Engineering was trading flat at Rs143.75 per share on the BSE.
