G R Infraprojects to float Bharat Highways InvIT; Stock gains 1%

The Board of Directors of G R Infraprojects Limited had earlier approved proposal to set up, create, float and sponsor an Infrastructure Investment Trust.

In addition to this, the company informed that Bharat Highways InvIT, sponsored by G R Infraprojects has been granted Certificate of Registration as an Infrastructure Investment Trust by SEBI on August 03, 2022.

At around 11:11 AM, G R Infraprojects was trading at Rs1,337.70 per share up by Rs12.65 or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs1,325.05 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs1,348.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs1,351.15 and Rs1,337.70 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs12,811.78 crore.
