GAIL India Limited announced on Tuesday that the company is appointing two government nominee directors, Praveen Mal Khanooja and Kushagra Mittal on its board.
They have been appointed on the board with effect from May 16 for a period of 3 years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This information has been shared by the PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange of Tuesday.
Khanooja is also serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) while Kushagra Mittal is serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry.
