Genesys International board gives nod to allotment of equity shares on preferential basis; Stock rallies 3.4%

The Board of Directors of Genesys International Corporation Ltd in their meeting held on July 15, 2022 has considered and approved allotment of securities on preferential allotment basis.

As per the regulatory filing, the board has allotted 957,435 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each fully paid-up at an issue price of Rs. 470/- per equity share to Individual Investors under non-promoter public category.

Further, the board also approved allotment of 3,19,145 Convertible Warrants on preferential basis under Non-Promoter Category (Public).

At around 9:49 AM, Genesys International Corporation was trading at Rs599.95 per share up by Rs19.7 or 3.4% from its previous closing of Rs580.25 per share on the BSE.
