Godrej Properties sells over 1 million sq ft area at Godrej Garden City in Ahmedabad

Godrej Properties (GPL) announced that it sold over 1 million square feet of area at the launch of a new phase, Celeste, in its Ahmedabad township, Godrej Garden City.

Since Celeste’s launch in October 2022, the company has sold 870 homes with a booking value of approximately Rs435 crore.

Celeste, which spans 2.3 hectares, houses and retail outlets in a variety of configurations. This phase, as part of the integrated offering, includes a wide range of cutting-edge amenities covering social, health, and leisure needs across age groups, facilitating a holistic and enhanced lifestyle for its residents.

Godrej Garden City (GGC), which opened in October 2010, is a sustainable township project located just off the SG Highway in the heart of Ahmedabad (i.e. in the Jagatpur area). The township is located within the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) boundaries and provides good infrastructure and connectivity, as well as lush greenery and world-class amenities such as 100+ retail outlets, education, and healthcare centers.

The master plan was created by world-renowned architects Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM), who have also designed numerous landmark projects around the world, including Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.

At around 9.50 AM, Godrej Properties was trading at Rs1,208.90, down by 0.34% against the previous close of Rs1,213 on NSE. The counter opened at Rs1,220.30.
