Gujarat Sidhee Cement to stop Kiln at cement plant temporarily; Stock gains

Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd stocks in focus as the company has informed to the exchanges that the Kiln for the cement plant of the Company located at Sidheegram, Gujarat shall be stopped from May 04, 2022 onwards for a period of 15 to 20 days due to excess stock of clinker.

However, cement grinding and despatches will be continued, said the company.

At around 10:51 AM, Gujarat Sidhee Cement was trading at Rs43.70 apiece up by Rs0.3 or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs43.40 apiece on the BSE.

On Wednesday, the scrip opened at Rs43.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs44.35 and Rs43.15 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs387.21cr.
