Havells India Limited has informed to the exchanges regarding a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 19, 2023, Thursday.
According to the filing, the board meeting is scheduled to inter alia consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.
Further, to consider payment of Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company, Havells said.
At around 10:10 AM, Havells India was trading at Rs1188.80 per share lower by 0.32% as against previous closing price of Rs1192.56 per share on the BSE.
