HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd eases for fifth straight session

HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd dropped for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 2008.4, down 1.01% on the day as on 13:19 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is down around 1% on the day, quoting at 16898.75. The Sensex is at 56430.94, down 0.96%.HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd has eased around 14.22% in last one month.Meanwhile, Nifty Financial Services index of which HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd is a constituent, has eased around 8.19% in last one month and is currently quoting at 16671.95, down 0.93% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 1.4 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 3.11 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark May futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 2001.5, down 1.69% on the day. HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd tumbled 26.43% in last one year as compared to a 15.6% rally in NIFTY and a 6.17% spurt in the Nifty Financial Services index.

The PE of the stock is 31.03 based on TTM earnings ending March 22.
