Hero MotoCorp launches XPulse 200 4V

On Tuesday, Hero MotoCorp unveiled a completely updated model of the XPulse 200 4V that complies with higher emission standards and is available for as little as Rs 1.43 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The On-Board Diagnostics (OBD-II) and E20-compliant engine are standard on the 200cc adventure bike.

A malfunction warning light provided by the OBD-II self-diagnostics system alerts the user to any faults or vehicle defects that have been found.

Hero MotoCorp Chief Growth Officer Ranjivjit Singh told PTI that the launch of the E20 and OBD-II compliant XPulse 200 4V was a ‘strong reiteration of our focus on the premium segment, in a sustainable manner.’

This bike now has updated features like a new LED headlight, a windscreen that is 60 mm taller, and larger hand guards with a striking black accent. The 200cc oil-cooled engine was upgraded, and it is now OBD-2 and E20 compliant. The single-channel ABS on the bike now has three ride modes (Road, Off-road, and Rally) that change how the system intervenes.
