Hero Motocorp Ltd witnessed a 2% increase in shares on October 5 following a surge of 13,688 bookings for the new Karizma SXR flagship bike. The company stated in its exchange filing on October 4 that customer deliveries of Karizma XMR will commence during this month’s festive period.
Ranjivjit Singh, Chief Business Officer, emphasized their commitment to delivering a top-notch premium riding experience for all Karizma owners, boosting the upcoming festive season.
The introductory price for the bike stands at Rs 1,72,900. Hero MotoCorp announced a marginal increase in the ex-showroom prices of specific scooters and motorcycles starting from October 3. The company observed a 3% YoY rise in sales for September, totaling 5,36,499 motorcycles sold.
