ICICI Bank allots 36,419 equity shares under ESOS; Stock under pressure

ICICI Bank has informed to the stock exchanges regarding allotment of equity shares.

In a regulatory filing, the bank announced that it has allotted 36,419 equity shares of face value of Rs2 each on December 27, 2022 under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS). 

Recently, ICICI Bank announced the launch of a STACK for companies in real estate sector to offer solutions to their banking requirements on one platform. This is a comprehensive set of banking solutions for real estate builders, REITs and AIFs, the Bank said in a statement.

At around 12:31 PM, ICICI Bank was trading at Rs891.65 per share lower by 0.08% as against previous closing of Rs892.40 per share on the BSE.
