Indian Stock Market Opens Positive

On September 15, Indian stock indices made a positive start, with the Nifty hovering around the 20,150 mark. 

At 9.15 AM, the Sensex showed a gain of 237.50 points or 0.35 percent, reaching 67,756.50, while the Nifty advanced by 62.20 points or 0.31 percent, standing at 20,165.30. During this session, 1540 stocks witnessed an uptick, 349 stocks saw a decline, and 105 stocks remained unchanged.

Prominent gainers on the Nifty included Bajaj Auto, Hindalco, Tata Steel, JSW Steel, and Wipro. Conversely, HUL, Asian Paints, ITC, Titan Company, and Adani Ports were among the notable losers.
