An affiliate of Kotak Mahindra Bank said on Thursday that it would invest Rs 375 crore in Cropnosys to support the growth of the agrochem company.
According to a statement, the company plans to enhance its product suite and expand its manufacturing capabilities by utilizing the Kotak Strategic Situations Fund. The statement stated that Cropnosys has established a niche for itself due to its cost competitiveness and excellence in the agrochem industry. It also has long-standing ties with major agrochemical formulators. Cropnosys specializes in high-value technological niches.
Partner Rahul Shah of KSSF stated that the collaboration will support Cropnosys during its next stage of expansion.
