Ishan Dyes & chemicals Ltd has informed that in terms of issue of Convertible Equity Warrants by the company, Seraphim Ventures Private Limited (“SVPL”), a Non-Promoter Private Limited Company has exercised the option of conversion of 10,00,000 Warrants held by them and the Company upon receipt of balance 75% of the Warrants Subscription money on said Warrants, had allotted 10,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs10/- each to SVPL.
As per regulatory filing, type of issuance is preferential issue, said company on Tuesday.
At around 9:17 AM, Ishan Dyes & Chemicals was trading at Rs142 per piece higher by 2.34% on Sensex.
