JM Financial announced that JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company (JMFARC) has allotted to the Company, 93,68,320 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each upon conversion of 9,36,832 12% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of face value of Rs. 373/- each held by the Company in JMFARC.
