KIC Metaliks Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on January 17, 2022 has approved and considered the capital repair of the existing Mini Blast Furnace (MBF) of the Company located at Durgapur at a budgeted cost of around Rs40cr.
The date of shutdown of the MBF will be announced later, said Company.
The Board has also approved Stanalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.
At around 9:34 AM, KIC Metaliks was trading at Rs61 per piece up by Rs1.85 or 3.13% from its previous closing of Rs59.15 per piece on the BSE.
