Krsnaa Diagnostics gains on wining tender for establishing radiology unit at Indira Gandhi Hospital

The Office of the Medical Director, India Gandhi Hospital, Government of NCT of Delhi, has awarded a tender to Krsnaa Diagnostics for establishment, operation and management of a radiology unit (for providing MRI and CT scan services) in the department of radiology in the premises of lndira Gandhi Hospital, Dwarka, Sector- 9, New Delhi -110077, on public private partnership (PPP) basis. Accordingly, the company will set up one MRI 3T machine and one CT scan machine 128 slice scanner at Indira Gandhi Hospital. The company is in the process of entering into contract with the authority. It has to ensure the commencement of operation, in case of CT scan unit within a period of 4 months and in case of MRI scan unit within a period of 6 months from the date of issuance of work order by the authority under the project. The tenure of contract will be upto 12 years from date of signing the contract/installation. Krsnaa Diagnostics is a diagnostic services provider, both in radiology and pathology. The company reported a net profit of Rs 19.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against net loss of Rs 11.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 12.44% YoY to Rs 107.84 crore in Q4 FY22. In the past six months, the stock has declined by 30.87% while the benchmark Sensex has lost 10.66% during the same period.
