In its filing with the exchanges, Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited has informed the company and investors that the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Shivananda Rao has tendered his resignation from his post. His resignation shall be effective from March 14, 2022.
The Chief Operating Officer has cited personal reasons for his resignation which are not disclosed.
Post this development, Krsnaa Diagnostics was trading at Rs543.50, down by 0.83% against its previous closing price of Rs548.05. It touched the intraday high and low of Rs552.30 and Rs533.75 respectively so far in the day.
Shivananda Rao is associated with the company since November 2019. Prior to Krsnaa, he played a major role with Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. He’s a graduate of Mangalore University.
