Max Financial appoints Amrit Singh as CFO; stock trades flat

Max Financial Services Limited has informed the investors that the Board had approved the appointment of Amrit Singh as the CFO and KMP of the Company effective May 1, 2022.

Amrit Singh has been associated with Max Life for over 9 years. Currently, he is working with Max Life as Chief Financial officer and EVP of Strategy and oversees diverse teams such as Strategy, Financial Planning, Analytics, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, Taxation, Investment BO, Investor Relations, Finance Operations, and Procurement.

Mr. Singh took charge of the office of Mr. Mandeep Mehta as he decided to move on to pursue other career options.

Mr. Singh has over 20+ years of work experience total across diverse organizations like Infosys Technologies, ECS Limited, and Religare Enterprises Limited. Amrit has done Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune University, and was a silver medallist.

Max Financial Services is currently trading at Rs775.85 down by Rs1.45 or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs777.30 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs772.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs778.45 and Rs772.50 respectively.
