Medi Caps gets approval under RERA for Real Estate Project ‘Medicaps Business Park'

Medi Caps Limited has received the approval of RERA (“Real Estate Regulatory Authority”) for Medicaps Business Park on March 17, 2022.

“In respect of the execution of an agreement (October 14, 2021) with the Tirupati Reality & Developers on October 14, 2020 for Project named ‘Medicaps Business Park’, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India we inform that Developer has received the approval of RERA for Medicaps Business Park on March 17, 2022,” company said in a filing.

Medi Caps Ltd ended at Rs50.70 per piece down by Rs0.05 or 0.1% from its previous closing of Rs50.75 per piece on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs51 and has touched a high and low of Rs51.30 and Rs49.10 respectively.
