Metropolis instigates 3rd edition of MedEngage Scholarship program

Metropolis Healthcare has announced the launch of the 3rd edition of the MedEngage Scholarship program and is now inviting applications from the young aspirants of final year MBBS and MD/DNB students.Students can apply to this program till 18th January 2022.

Metropolis has initially launched this program in 2018 to support and nurture medical students so that they can contribute their best to the healthcare research in the country. Under this program, the deserving candidates were financially rewarded, along with gaining practical exposure to the subject matter.

This program is in the best interests of students and includes awards to the candidates in the form of scholarships, academic research discounts, observership, and certificate courses.

Since its inception, over 500 institutes have approached and associated with the MedEngage program for its holistic initiatives. Over 5000 students have participated in the program to avail of its salient benefits.
Over the past two years, more than 100 students have been awarded scholarships worth Rs 50 lakhs. It intends to reward 150 students across India through this scholarship program this year.

Metropolis’s shares closed at Rs3,112.55 down by Rs53.9 or 1.7% from its previous closing of Rs3,166.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs3,175 and touched a high and low of Rs3,200 and Rs3,097.90 respectively
