Motherson Sumi Systems has fixed 17 January 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of Motherson Sumi Systems to whom the fully paid-up Equity Shares of Motherson Sumi Wiring India will be issued and allotted, in consideration of the demerger of the Domestic Wiring Harness Undertaking into and with Motherson Sumi Wiring India.
