MPS' US-based subsidiary completes voluntary dissolution process in Delaware

MPS Limited informed the exchanges Wednesday that the process of voluntary dissolution of Highwire North America LLC, a Wholly Owned Overseas Subsidiary of the Company, incorporated in Delaware, USA, has been completed.

Highwire North America LLC had Nil revenue and loss of USD 6200 during the period ended March 31, 2021. It had a Net worth of USD 243,800 as of March 31, 2021. The repayment of proceeds was USD 248,856, the company said in a filing.

At around 10.45 am, MPS Ltd was trading at Rs637 per share up by Rs1.2 or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs635.80 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs635.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs640 and Rs635.05 respectively.
