Muthoot Capital raises Rs92.22 crore via portfolio securitization

Muthoot Capital Services Limited announced that it completed a securitization transaction of Rs92.22 crore on September 09, 2022.

The company stated that this is the third securitization/direct assignment transaction carried out by it during the FY 2022 – 2023.

Muthoot further outlined that the entire pool is from the non-priority sector. It has duly considered the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd is a non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The firm provides non-convertible debentures, vehicle loans, small and medium-sized business loans, gold loans, leasing finance, and bonds.

Muthoot Capital Services was trading at Rs201.40 up by 0.47% from its previous closing of Rs200.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs202 and touched intraday high and low of Rs202.70 and Rs197.40 respectively.
