NMDC keeps lump iron ore prices unchanged

NMDC Limited has announced to the stock exchanges that the prices of Iron Ore w.e.f. October 08, 2022 has been kept unchanged and fixed as under:
  • Lump Ore (65.5%, 6-40mm) @Rs4,100/- per ton
  • Fines (64%, -l0mm)@ Rs2,910/- per ton
In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said that the mentioned FOR prices are excluding Royalty, DMF, NMET, Cess, Forest Permit Fee and other taxes.

Accordingly, the last instance of the company hiking prices was in August month when the prices of Lump Ore were increased by Rs200 per tonne while those of Fines were increased by Rs100 per tonne.

On Tuesday, at around 10:22 AM, NMDC Ltd is currently trading at Rs134.85 per share down by Rs1.3 or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs136.15 per share on the BSE.
