NTPC commissions 67.73 MW more at Ettayapuram Solar PV Project

NTPC Limited informed that it has successfully commissioned the second part capacity of 67.73 MW out of the 230 MW Ettayapuram Solar PV Project in Tamil Nadu.

Upon successful commissioning, the second part capacity of 67.73 MW out of 230 MW Solar PV Project is declared on Commercial Operation effective from December 15, 2022.

The first part of the capacity of 162.27 MW has already been declared operational as of December 10, 2022.

As a result, NTPC’s standalone installed and commercial capacity will increase to 58109 MW, while its group installed and commercial capacity will increase to 70724 MW, stated the company in its exchange filing.

At around 2.11 PM, NTPC was trading at Rs172.30 up by or 0.2% from its previous closing of Rs171.95 on the BSE. The scrip touched an intraday high and low of Rs174 and Rs171.65 respectively.
