Company reported an EBITDA of Rs351.80 crore in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs373.50 crore in Q4FY21, down by 5.8% yoy. PBT for the quarter stood at Rs330 crore. For FY22, EBITDA was reported at Rs1,181.30 crore against Rs1,000.40 crore in the previous financial year.
PAT for Q4FY22 declined sharply by 19% yoy at Rs232.40 crore as compared to Rs286.90 crore in Q4FY21. For FY22 company’s PAT was reported at Rs807.50 crore as against Rs736 crore in the previous financial year.
EBITDA and PAT margin for the quarter under review were reported at 42.70% and 28.20% respectively.
Oberoi Realty is currently trading at Rs803.55 up by Rs8.3 or 1.04% from its previous closing of Rs795.25 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs815.10 and Rs788.40 respectively.
