PG Electroplast Limited on February 04, 2022, have entered into an agreement with Solarstream Renewable Services Private Limited (Target Company) to acquire 10.1% equity of the Target Company for solar power generated at the Solar Power Plant to meet the electricity requirement for the Company’s manufacturing plants located at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The company acquired the stake aggregating to Rs99.20 lakh consisting of 9,92,000 equity shares at face value of Rs10/- each. The company will purchase 2.06 MW I 3.10 MWp Solar Power generated at the Solar Power Plant.
PG Electroplast Ltd stock trade ended at Rs749.65 per share down by Rs2.3 or 0.31% from its previous closing of Rs751.95 per share on the BSE.
