Puravankara gains 2% on fundraise of Rs180cr through allotment of NCDs

Puravankara Limited on Friday has allotted 1800 Debentures fully paid-up aggregating to Rs180cr. The company had intimated on November 12, 2021, regarding the proposed issue of 1800 Unlisted, Redeemable, Secured, Non- Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs10 lakhs on Private Placement Basis.

“NSDL Database Management Limited will act as the Registrar and Transfer Agent for the Debentures,” the company said.

At around 11.17 am, Puravankara Ltd was trading at Rs142.10 per piece up by Rs2.9 or 2.08% from its previous closing of Rs139.20 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs139.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs142.50 and Rs138 respectively.
