As per the filing, the objects of the company shall be inter alia to carry on business of domestic software development, Information technology consultancy activities and Other information technology service activities.
This new entity formation would widen the solution offerings of the Company, and further strengthen the Company’s organic growth strategy.
At around 2:53 PM, Route Mobile Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,346.45 per share down by Rs8.5 or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs1,354.95 on the BSE.
