State Bank of India (SBI) appoints four directors to its central board. The appointments include reappointments of Ketan Shivji Vikamsey and Mrugank Madhukar Paranjape. SBI introduces Rajesh Kumar Dubey and Dharmendra Singh Shekhawat as new directors.
The appointments are made under Regulation 30 (4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The directors’ tenure is set for three years, spanning from June 26, 2023, to June 25, 2026.
