SBI to raise Rs10,000 crore via infrastructure bonds

State Bank of India has informed to the exchanges that the Executive Committee of the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held on January 3, 2023 has accorded approval for raising Infrastructure Bonds during FY23.

According to the said filing, the Board approved the raising Infrastructure Bonds up to an amount of Rs10,000 crore through a public issue or private placement, during FY23.

Notably, the Executive Committee of the Central Board Meeting started at 10.30 AM and ended at 01.45 PM on January 3, 2023.

At around 9:16 AM, SBI was trading at Rs614.50 per share higher by 0.35% as against previous closing price of Rs612.35 per share on the BSE.
