Sensex and Nifty in Green

In terms of market breadth on the NSE, 1,486 stocks have advanced, while 932 stocks have declined.

Within the Nifty index, key gainers include Shriram Finance, Hero MotoCorp, Hindalco, and Wipro. Conversely, the top decliners are Nestlé, ITC, Tata Motors, and TCS. Notably, Shriram Finance, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Auto, and Britannia have reached new 52-week highs.

In the Sensex, the prominent gainers are M&M, Wipro, NTPC, and Kotak Mahindra, while the stocks that have declined include Nestlé, ITC, TCS, and Tata Motors. Sun Pharma is highlighted as the sole stock in the Sensex to achieve a 52-week high.

In the broader market, the BSE Midcap index has seen a rise of 1.04%, and the BSE Smallcap index has gained 0.59%.
