Sensex and Nifty trade flat

As of 1:15 pm, Indian benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty are trading flat, showing minimal movement in the market. 

The Sensex has gained 49 points, reflecting a 0.06% rise, bringing the index to 81,971. Nifty has risen by 17.90 points, representing a 0.07% increase, taking the index to 25,059.

Leading gainers in Sensex include Asian Paints, Bajaj Finance, Bharti Airtel, and Sun Pharma, showing strong upward movement. On the downside, Tata Motors, NTPC, M&M, and IndusInd Bank are among the top losers in Sensex.

Notably, Sun Pharma, HUL, and ITC have reached their 52-week highs, signaling strong performance within the Sensex.

In Nifty, top gainers are Bajaj Auto, Asian Paints, Bajaj Finance, and Bharti Airtel, contributing positively to the index. Meanwhile, the top losers in Nifty include Tata Motors, ONGC, BPCL, and Hindalco, indicating weak performance in these stocks.

Bajaj Auto, Sun Pharma, HUL, and Britannia have also hit their 52-week highs in the Nifty, showcasing their positive market trend.

The BSE Midcap Index has recorded a 0.26% gain during the trading session. The BSE Smallcap Index is slightly up, showing a 0.096% gain.
