Sical Logistics Ltd has informed that the Resolution Professional has received 4 [four] resolution plans on January 08, 2022 (the last day for submission of Resolution plans as per deadline stipulated in latest Form-G) and the opening of sealed envelopes is scheduled on January 10, 2022.
As per regulatory filing, after review of these resolution plans, the Resolution Professional shall present compliant resolution plans to the Committee of Creditors for further consideration.
Sical Logistics was trading at Rs15.80 per piece up by Rs0.75 or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs15.05 per piece on the BSE, at around 10:15 AM.
