Spicejet logs net sales of Rs2,262.65cr for Q3FY22; Stock ends marginally lower

Spicejet Ltd. reported its Net Sales at Rs2,262.65 crore in the quarter ended December 2021, up by 33.75% yoy from Rs1,691.65 crore in the quarter ended December 2020.

Its’s net profit for the quarter ended December 2021 stood at Rs42.47 crore, registering a growth of 163.6% yoy as compared to Rs66.78 crore in December 2020 quarter.

EBITDA for the quarter under review stands at Rs531.11 crore, logging a growth of 16.8% yoy against Rs454.72 crore in the quarter ended December 2020.

SpiceJet managed to increase its EPS to Rs0.71 in the quarter ended December 2021 from Rs1.11 in the previous corresponding quarter.

SpiceJet closed at Rs62.30 against its previous closing price of Rs62.70, marginally down by 40 paise or 0.64%. It touched day’s high and low of Rs64.10 and Rs61.35 respectively.
