Strides Pharma Science board approves NCD issue to raise Rs150 crore

Strides Pharma Science Ltd has informed to the exchanges regarding outcome of the meeting of Board of Directors held on July 25, 2022.

The duly authorized Committee of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday, July 25, 2022 considered and approved offering for subscription, on a private placement basis, up to 1,500 senior, secured, rated, unlisted, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs10 lakh each aggregating up to Rs150 crore.

On Tuesday early morning trrade, Strides Pharma Science was trading at Rs336.45 per share up by Rs1.6 or 0.48% from its previous closing of Rs334.85 per share on the BSE.
