Surana Solar appoints Mini Patni as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

In a meeting held on Thursday, Surana Solar Limited appoints Mini Patni as its Company Secretary and Compliance officer w.e.f 20th January 2022.

Mini Patni is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a graduation in Commerce from the University of Indore. She has more than 2 years of work experience in secretarial, legal, and corporate laws.

The company has authorized Mini for determining the materiality of an event or information for the purpose of disclosure to the stock exchange.

On Thursday, it closed at Rs 37.15 against the previous close of Rs 39.10 on NSE.
