TCS-led AI powered platform 'TCS OmniStore' now available on Google Cloud

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that TCS OmniStore, its award-winning AI-powered unified commerce platform, is now available on Google Cloud.

TCS OmniStore is a ‘one commerce platform’ for all channels that fulfills the expectation of seamless experiences from digital shoppers. Shoppers can enjoy flexible omnichannel options such as buy online and pick-up in store, partial pickup, or instantaneous delivery as well as futuristic immersive shopping experiences.

With TCS OmniStore, retailers can orchestrate integrated multichannel customer journeys and create memorable micro-experiences. For instance, it empowers store associates to offer a personalized discount on wish-listed items and help shoppers avoid checkout lines through self- or assisted- checkouts on a mobile device.
