  1. HCL Technologies:
Mondelez International, a maker of snacks, has extended its multi-year agreement with the IT firm to improve cybersecurity and change workplace services globally.
  1. ICICI Bank:
In order to finance corporate expansion, the private sector lender has raised Rs 5,000 crore through bonds.
  1. Tata Motors:
The domestic car giant announced that it would look into the prospect of partially selling its stake in Tata Technologies Ltd. through an IPO.
  1. KEC International:
The large infrastructure EPC company has received orders of Rs1,349 crore.
  1. MTAR Technologies:
The aerospace and defence company said that it has reached an agreement with IN-SPACe India for the design and development of a two-stage, all-liquid small satellite launch vehicle for low-earth orbit.
  1. G R Infraprojects:
For a total of Rs15 crore, the highway firm has entered into a share purchase agreement with Lokesh Builders to transfer all of the shares it currently owns to its subsidiary GR Highways Investment Manager.
  1. Macrotech Developers:
By selling 7.2% of the company to institutional investors, including ADIA, the promoters of the real estate company, which sells its buildings under the Lodha brand, has received Rs 3,547 crore.
  1. V-Guard Industries:
The consumer electronics and electrical company based in Kochi has inked official agreements to buy Sunflame Enterprises (SEPL) for Rs 660 crore, cash-free and debt-free.
  1. Godrej Agrovet:
In two separate transactions, the company sold 3.92 acres of land in Tamil Nadu for Rs 71.36 crore.
  1. Jaiprakash Associates:
The remaining cement assets were sold to Dalmia Bharat Ltd for an enterprise value of Rs 5,666 crore, according to the civil construction company and its group companies.
