  1. Axis Bank:
For the purpose of launching a jointly branded house buyer ecosystem, the private lender has established a partnership with the real estate platform Square Yards.
  1. JSW Steel:
The steel manufacturer revealed that crude steel production increased by 22% to 16.76 lakh tonnes in August of this year.
  1. Tata Consultancy Service:
C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., a market leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery supply in the United States, has chosen the IT major to develop its new operations platform on Google Cloud.
  1. HDFC Life Insurance Company:
Abrdn, a UK-based investment firm, intends to sell up to 4.3 crore shares–or 2% of the outstanding shares of the private insurance player–through a block deal in order to raise more than Rs 2,425 crore.
  1. Tata Consumer products:
With the introduction of a plant-based protein powder, the FMCG giant of the Tata Group claims to have entered the market for health supplements.
  1. Happiest Minds Technologies:
In order to increase its capacity in the National Capital Region to 450 seats, the IT solutions provider announced the expansion of its Noida campus (NCR).
  1. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank:
Prior to merging with its parent business, the private lender announced its QIP with a floor price of Rs21.93 per share in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
  1. RBL Bank:
The domestic rating agency ICRA removed a negative outlook from the private sector lender’s rating, but maintained the overall  ratings.
  1. LIC Housing Finance:
According to the mortgage lender, Ashwani Ghai has assumed the role of the chief operating officer. Ghai previously held the position of executive director for strategy at the parent company, LIC.
  1. Future Enterprises:
 Lenders of Future Group have hired an auditor to perform a forensic audit of the indebted company.
